Deliver excellent customer service and support day-to-day operations

Respond to customer enquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational activities

Support customer engagement and promotional initiatives

Handle administrative and documentation tasks accurately and efficiently

Assist with customer programmes, service requests, and issue resolution

Support planning and execution of events and operational activities where required

Maintain records and ensure smooth daily operations

Coordinate staff scheduling and support team operations

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
