Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily front and back-of house restaurant operations
  • Streamline the restaurant operations
  • Hiring and onboarding new staffs
  • Train and manage new staffs, schedule staff shifts
  • Ability to resolve conflicts calmly
  • Appraising staff performance
  • Ensuring hospitality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to professionally address customer complaints.
  • Managing inventory for authentic ingredients
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste.
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in the similar position.
  • Good knowledge in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking , organising skills and Customer service attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Available to work on weekends and Public holidays.
  • IT and accounting knowledge is a plus.
