Job Summary

Join as a Nightclub Promoter to promote events, secure table bookings, and manage guestlists in a fun nightlife setting with flexible hours and commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Promote club events through social media and personal networks to increase guest attendance
• Secure table bookings by leveraging and expanding your personal network
• Manage guestlists and reservations to ensure smooth event operations
• Maintain presence during events to assist and engage with customers
• Coordinate with club management on promotions and event planning
• Provide excellent customer service to guests before and during events
• Achieve monthly sales and attendance targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Comfortable socializing and engaging with diverse groups in a nightlife environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays (OTOT)
• Outgoing and confident personality to effectively promote events and build relationships
• Active on social media to support promotional activities
• Must be 18 years old and above (age requirement stated in original JD)
