Support sales operations and respond to customer enquiries

Process orders and maintain accurate records in internal systems

Coordinate order fulfilment and provide timely updates to customers

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery requirements

Prepare and maintain invoices and supporting documentation

Monitor order progress and follow up on outstanding matters

Support issue resolution and ensure smooth customer experience

Generate operational reports and maintain data accuracy

Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
