Herbal Treatment Specialist (Hair Therapist)

Perform job duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor, including:

• Conduct testing and evaluation of manufactured herbal hair paste, creams, and related products according to company procedures.

• Prepare product samples for testing and quality assessment.

• Monitor the consistency, texture, colour, and overall quality of manufactured products.

• Record testing results accurately and report any irregularities or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Assist in product development trials and manufacturing processes when required.

• Ensure all testing equipment and work areas are clean and maintained in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace safety requirements.

• Assist with production, packing, labelling, and other manufacturing-related duties when required.

• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• No prior working experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, quality control, or laboratory testing will have an added advantage.

• Able to work either 8-hour shifts or 10–12-hour shifts.

• Salary is negotiable based on working hours, experience, and work schedule.

• Able to stand for extended periods during work.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
