About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our e-commerce operations and develop engaging online sales platforms based on the company's sales strategies and promotional plans.

Job Title

E-Commence Operations Executive/ Senior Executive

Salary Range

SGD 4,000 to 5,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Working Location

MUJI Head Office. Store visits, product checks, and content preparation will be required when necessary.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday (Office Hours). Support for events outside office hours will be required when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform and marketplace operations, including Shopee and Lazada.
  • To maintain product listings, feature pages, promotional campaigns, and online merchandising to deliver an engaging customer shopping experience.
  • To manage product information, images, banners, digital content, promotional artwork, and creative assets while ensuring compliance with MUJI brand guidelines.
  • To respond to customer enquiries and manage customer feedback, returns, and exchanges across e-commerce channels.
  • To provide accurate product information and deliver excellent customer service.
  • To monitor sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior to optimize product placement and page layout.
  • To analyze performance data and recommend continuous improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • To support MUJI Passport App, EDM and social media content, digital campaigns and performance monitoring.
  • To collaborate with the Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, Logistics, and external partners to support E-Commerce initiatives.
  • To prepare reports, maintain documentation and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in e-commerce, retail, branding, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience in e-commerce site operations, including product registration, website updates, page creation, online merchandising, and promotional campaign management such as Shopee or Lazada.
  • Experience managing product information, images, banners, and promotional content in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Experience operating e-commerce and marketplace platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in retail merchandising (VMD),digital marketing, social media (SNS), or public relations (PR).
  • Proficiency in creating digital content using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools, with experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to understand and execute sales strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, manage priorities, and deliver projects within established timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
