CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (REBAR,TIMBER,GENERAL)

Responsibilities For Rebar

Lead and manage a team of 10 or more rebar workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Arrange and coordinate daily manpower deployment to meet site requirements

Liaise with main contractors to identify and resolve technical issues promptly

Coordinate job scopes for NTS workers to ensure clarity and task completion

Supervise all rebar works performed by workers and team leaders to maintain quality standards

Ensure all workers follow safe working practices and comply with safety regulations

Adapt work schedules flexibly according to site conditions and project demands

Carry heavy construction materials as required to support site operations

Work effectively under outdoor conditions, including exposure to hot sun

Supervise and lead workers to perform on site work for Carpentry Formworks and reinforcement of concrete works.

Responsibilities For Timber

All Timber Formwork Structural reinforcement and job as per SS requirements

· Able to read drawings

· Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement/Concreting

· Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge

· Able to do costing of Formwork materials

· Responsible for reading and interpreting drawing

· Calculation quantity of material requirement

· Monitor Shutter making and assembling process

· To take responsibly practicable, such measures as are necessary to ensurethat during the properly erected
