This is a full-time, onsite, ICT Trainer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in MOE School, AM,SPL (nearest MRT- Yio Chu Kang MRT) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities
1) Teaching & Learning
• Plan, develop, and implement the school-based EdTech curriculum to equip students with:
Digital Literacy and Technological Skills
Computational Thinking and problem-solving skills
21st Century Competencies (21CC)
Responsible and ethical use of technology
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences through:
STEM-based activities
Coding and computational thinking programmes
Maker activities, design thinking, and prototyping
Hands-on exploration using emerging technologies (e.g.
AI, robotics, digital media tools)
• Develop students’ abilities to become:
Responsible digital citizens
Creative problem-solvers
• Support the integration of EdTech across curriculum areas by:
Collaborating with teachers to identify suitable EdTech Tools
Providing guidance on the effective use of the tools
Supporting the design of technology-enhanced lessons and learning resources
• Conduct and support student program such as:
InfoCom Club CCA training
Digital media production activities
Coding and innovation program
Technology-related enrichment program
• Evaluate the effectiveness of ICT program and recommend improvements to enhance students’ learning experiences.
2) General Duties
• Support the planning and implementation of ICT-related school program and initiatives.
• Provide operational support to the ICT Department, including:
Management and maintenance of ICT resources and equipment
Support for ICT-related events and activities
Coordination of digital learning initiatives
• Provide school-wide digital media support, including:
Photography and videography coverage for school events, programmes, and key milestones
Editing and production of digital content for communication and publicity purposes
• Support teachers and staff in:
Troubleshooting basic ICT-related issues
Using educational technology platforms and applications
Preparing digital resources for teaching and learning
• Assist in the implementation of Cyber Wellness and responsible ICT use initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the ICT Department or school leadership.
3) Knowledge
• Integration of ICT tools to enhance teaching and learning.
• Digital literacy frameworks and responsible technology use.
• STEM education approaches, including:
Coding
Maker education
Prototyping processes
• Emerging technologies and their educational applications, such as:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Digital media tools
Productivity and collaboration tools
• Basic understanding of:
ICT hardware and software
Digital platforms and learning management systems
Audio-visual production and content creation
• Student engagement strategies and facilitation skills for technology-based learning.

Note: The Authority may request Candidates to attend an interview for the purpose of assessing their suitability. The Authority may disregard any supplier’s proposal if the Candidate fails to attend any interview required by the Authority.
A Diploma, preferably in an Information Technology-related discipline
At least 2 years of working experience as an ICT trainer in local primary schools.
Basic software programming skills including coding skills.

Summary
Contract Period: From 16 September 2026 to 15 September 2027.
Working Hours
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
