Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly independent (Senior) IT
Executive to support and manage our internal IT operations across Mighty Jaxx and its
subsidiaries. Supporting a global workforce of over 100 users, you will play a critical role in
ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment.
Based in our Singapore headquarters, this hands-on position requires an individual who
can effectively balance end-user support, identity and access management, IT asset
governance, infrastructure maintenance, and cross-border project coordination with
minimal supervision.
This role is ideal for a technically capable professional who thrives in a dynamic
environment and enjoys taking ownership of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Digital Workplace & User Lifecycle Management
- Administer and support core enterprise platforms, including Google Workspace,
Slack, Microsoft 365, and Acronis Backup.
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including user account provisioning,
device setup, software licensing, and IT orientation sessions.
- Execute secure and timely offboarding processes, ensuring immediate revocation of
system access and proper handling of company data and devices.
- Maintain user access controls and ensure compliance with internal security and
governance policies.
End-User Support, Infrastructure & ERP Administration
- Provide responsive Level 1 IT support for end users, resolving hardware, software,
network, and workplace technology issues.
- Deliver Level 1 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
Central (ERP).
- Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure, including:
- Meraki network environment
- Server room facilities and environmental monitoring
- Office printing systems
- KeyShot rendering server
- Audio-visual and meeting room conferencing solutions
- Escalate and coordinate issues with vendors and regional IT partners when required.
IT Asset Management, Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Manage IT procurement activities, including hardware purchases, software
subscriptions, renewals, and vendor quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets throughout
their lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure software license compliance and proper
management of depreciated or retired assets.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors on maintenance activities,
operational escalations, and IT project delivery.
- Support regional and cross-border IT initiatives to ensure consistent technology
standards across the organisation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in corporate IT operations or end-user support.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing IT operations, vendor
relationships, asset lifecycle management, and project execution would be a bonus.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, endpoint management, networking
fundamentals, TCP/IP, LAN technologies, and server infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and cloud-based
productivity platforms.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems is
preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and
coordinate IT support, maintenance activities, and deployments with
Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and users in China.
