Fashion Advisor (Luxury) | Downtown & Changi Airport

We are seeking a Luxury Fashion Advisor to join our client's boutique. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in the prestigious luxury fashion retail environment at Changi Airport and Downtown locations. As a Luxury Fashion Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service to discerning clientele whilst showcasing our exclusive collections. This role is pivotal in creating memorable shopping experiences and driving sales for our luxury fashion portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised styling advice and product expertise to customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion collections and current trends
• Engage with high-net-worth and international clientele to understand their preferences and deliver tailored recommendations
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Maintain an immaculate appearance and present yourself as a brand ambassador, upholding the prestige of the luxury fashion brand
• Develop and nurture lasting client relationships, managing a personal clientele base and facilitating repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about the craftsmanship, heritage and unique features of our luxury collections
• Process transactions efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail environment reflects brand excellence
• Stay current with new product launches, promotional campaigns and luxury fashion industry developments

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or high-end customer-facing roles, with a track record of delivering exceptional service

• Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion brands and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele from various backgrounds

• Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive revenue whilst prioritising customer satisfaction above transactional metrics

• Professional presentation and grooming standards that align with luxury brand expectations

• Ability to work flexibly within a retail environment, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends and designer heritage is preferred

• Excellent numeracy and IT skills to manage transactions and customer information systems
