Catering Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries and bookings for function rooms from members,guests and corporate clients.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their eventrequirements and prepare event proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Operations team and otherdepartments to ensure events are executed smoothly and according to clients'requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date event bookings,client records and reservation schedules.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation of events and sales activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Provide on-site support during events, where required, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Catering Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in catering sales, events, banquets, hospitality or the club industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with strong written and verbal proficiency.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings when required to support Club events.
