Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Performance: Meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs by motivating the sales team and executing strategic promotional plans.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store associates. Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, prevent loss, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints promptly and foster a welcoming, brand-aligned store environment.
  • Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure store cleanliness, and strictly comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Budgeting & Administration: Track store revenue and overhead costs, manage payroll budgets, and process administrative paperwork.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Leadership: Strong communication, team-building, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and calculating key performance indicators.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: 5 years of retail management experience
