Job Summary:The Service Crew Cum Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling cashiering duties, taking food and beverage orders, serving food, and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and supporting overall guest satisfaction.
Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Serve food and beverages to guests according to company service standards Handle cashiering duties, including billing, payment collection, and issuing receipts Operate POS system and ensure accurate cash handling Assist guests with menu enquiries and provide recommendations when required Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas Clear and reset tables promptly Monitor and replenish takeaway items, condiments, and service supplies Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally or escalate when necessary Follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards Support smooth daily restaurant operations and teamwork Perform opening and closing duties as assigned Perform any other duties assigned by Management
