CLINIC LIAISON

JAPAN GREEN HOSPITAL (PTE) LTD

Serve as the key liaison and care coordinator within the organization, providing support to patients and their families while facilitating effective communication and coordination with healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ø Preparation of health check results and reports, and issuance of various certificates

Ø Support for follow-up examinations after health checkups

Ø Help as and when required in health screening operation

Ø Coordination of vaccinations for infants and children, as well as travel-related vaccinations, including schedule management

Ø Handling patient inquiries (via email, phone, and in person)

Ø Review and creation of health checkup packages”

Requirements

Ø Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, diploma or higher qualifications in hospitality are preferred.

Ø Experience in hospital/medical center operation will be an advantage.

Ø Previous experience in front-line customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical clinic setting.

Ø Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate (oral and written) with Japanese patients who do not have a command of English.

Ø MS Office and email skills.

Ø Meticulous, responsible and mature team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities and perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Ø Able to work on rotating shift and Saturdays.
