Working Hour

• Tuesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Wednesdays: 8:00am to 2:30pm

Key Roles

• Connect regularly with identified students to build positive relationships and support holistic development.

Provide academic and/or socio-emotional support

• Conduct house visits and ferry students to school if absent for more than 3 days without valid reason.

Plan and run after-school intervention programmes

• Observe, identify, and document students' key needs and

• Provide feedback on student needs and programme concerns to improve support.

• Conduct termly programme reviews and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a registered social worker

• At least 2 years' relevant experience
