Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to engage prospective clients by phone, introduce financial planning services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for Financial Consultants using company leads and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads to generate interest in financial planning services
Introduce the company’s financial planning services, educational workshops, and client events clearly and persuasively
Assess customers’ needs to qualify prospects effectively for follow-up
Arrange appointments for Financial Consultants to meet client needs
Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and support conversion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the company’s CRM system
Achieve individual and team appointment targets while ensuring high service quality
Comply with company policies on data protection and regulatory requirements

Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette to create positive client interactions
Apply strong listening and communication skills to understand and respond to client needs
Exhibit a customer service mindset to enhance client satisfaction

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary

S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month plus additional performance incentives and appointment bonuses
