Preschool Japanese Teacher - WCAN

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons for preschool and kindergarten children.
• Create a positive, inclusive and interactive learning environment that supports language development.
• Incorporate songs, stories, games and visual materials to enhance learning and engagement.
• Monitor student attendance, participation and learning progress.
• Work closely with colleagues and communicate students' progress with parents.
• Identify learning challenges and recommend appropriate support or intervention when required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Japanese to preschool or early childhood learners.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Patient, creative and passionate about working with young children.
