Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand's digital presence and drive corporate growth. The ideal candidate will be the visual and creative voice of our company, responsible for end-to-end video production and strategic social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Camera Presenting: Act as the main on-camera talent/host for the company’s promotional videos, corporate updates, and social media campaigns.

  • Video Production: Independently handle the end-to-end process of video creation, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and professional video editing.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee, grow, and optimize the company's official accounts across major mainstream platforms, including

    TikTok, Xiaohongshu (小红书), Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute high-engagement content calendars aligned with company business objectives to promote services and attract prospective clients.

  • Campaign Tracking: Monitor social media metrics, analyze audience engagement, and adapt content strategies based on data insights and trending topics.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative flair, technical video skills, and strategic marketing insights.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media/Film Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

  • Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of the algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends on

    TikTok and Xiaohongshu (小红书).

  • On-Screen Confidence: Excellent camera presence, high energy, and the ability to articulate company services clearly and engagingly on video.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. [可选添加] Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is highly preferred to effectively create content, manage, and engage with audiences on Mandarin-dominant platforms like Xiaohongshu.

  • Attributes: Highly creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently from conceptualization to final execution.
