Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency and accuracy for timely deliveries. The successful candidate will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

• Supervise warehouse personnel, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing team.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in accordance with safety regulations and operational policies.

• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock management.

• Collaborate with logistics teams to manage transportation and delivery schedules effectively.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse operations.

• Develop and execute efficient warehouse processes that increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in warehouse management, encompassing inventory control, distribution, and logistics.

• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a team.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within warehousing.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
