Deputy Manager – HR & Office Administration

We're partnering with our client, a leading global automotive & mobility company, to find an experienced HR professional for their Singapore office.

If you're a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys balancing people operations with office and facilities management in a fast-paced, regional environment then this one's for you.

What you'll do

  1. Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  2. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment law & MOM regulations
  3. Oversee work passes & expatriate mobility (EP, S Pass, DP)
  4. Administer benefits, support comp reviews & employee engagement
  5. Lead office administration, facilities, vendors & budgets
  6. Coach and guide a small HR & admin team

What we're looking for

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related
  • 6–8 years' progressive HR experience (operations + office admin)
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation & MOM
  • Experience with expatriate & immigration matters
  • Team leadership experience in a regional/MNC setting (preferred)
