HR Executive (Recruitment)

Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment support across various departments.
- Coordinate and process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters with the relevant authorities.
- Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, HR databases, and employee documentation.
- Support other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Candidates with experience in the construction or engineering industry will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass processes is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
