Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of the annual compensation review cycle across the APAC region
  • Translate compensation policies and business requirements into system configurations for compensation platforms
  • Partner with HR Technology teams to support system design, configuration, testing, and implementation
  • Define data structures, validation rules, and process workflows to ensure data integrity within the compensation system
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and issue resolution activities
  • Manage relationships with system vendors and coordinate system enhancements, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Develop dashboards, management reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Support HR system integration initiatives and future-state HRIS implementation projects
  • Collaborate with Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and regional HR teams to drive successful project outcomes
  • Lead change management activities, including implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across multiple countries
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other project-related duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Strong experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Technology projects
  • Hands-on experience with compensation platforms such as HRSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading large-scale compensation system implementations or HR technology projects in a regional or APAC environment
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, governance, and annual salary review cycles
  • Experience managing system configuration, UAT, reporting, and data validation
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
