Temp Finance (SAP migration) / till end Oct/ Changi Airport

To support the SAP implementation project by ensuring accurate, timely, and complete data preparation and migration from legacy systems into SAP S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities

· Support end-to-end data migration activities for SAP implementation

· Extract, cleanse, validate, and prepare data using Microsoft Excel and prescribed templates

· Perform data mapping from legacy systems to SAP structures

· Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to system upload

· Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders

· Support data load cycles, including mock runs, testing, and reconciliation

· Maintain proper documentation of data files, assumptions, and changes

· Track data migration progress and escalate issues or risks in a timely manner

· Provide administrative and coordination supportto the project team as required

· Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

· Minimum [Diploma / A-Level / Degree] in any discipline

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g.formulas, pivot tables, lookups)

· High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage and process large volumes of data

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines

· Prior experience in data migration or SAP projects is an advantage
