Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the construction industry. Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage sales cycles, and deliver value-added proposals to achieve sales targets and maximize project conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, engaging local and overseas partners, prospecting, networking, and outreach via calls, emails, social media, and site visits
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, end-users, and key decision-makers to support business growth
  • Promote and drive product specifications during preliminary design stages and track specified projects to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Manage sales opportunities through the sales cycle, assist in deal closure, and achieve annual sales and profitability targets
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities to identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Receive and review incoming inquiries and project requirements to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to prepare high-quality, value-added business proposals and designs for clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and professional account management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, project opportunities, and pipeline status within the CRM system
  • Represent the company in marketing presentations, meetings, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand presence
  • Lead commercial discussions, prepare tender submissions when required, and negotiate contractual and commercial terms with clients and project stakeholders
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to inform management decisions
  • Prepare quarterly sales projections, market research reports, and sales strategy action plans to support business planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and secure project specifications
  • Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
