Key responsibilities

  • Handle visitor enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage tour bookings and appointment schedules.
  • Register visitor information and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide visitors with pre-visit information, entry procedures, and house rules.
  • Welcome and escort visitors to designated locations.
  • Maintain visitor attendance records and booking statistics.
  • Assist in collecting visitor feedback and preparing regular reports.
  • Support daily opening and closing checks to ensure facilities and equipment are operational.
  • Report equipment faults or operational issues promptly.
  • Manage RFID wristband distribution, collection, sanitisation, and inventory.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level passes (Grades A1- C6)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or office administration.
  • Professionally proficient in spoken English and at least another mother tongue language (spoken).
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and professional.
  • Organised with good attention to details.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Fri: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
