Job Summary

In this role, you will oversee the execution of coffee cart events, coordinate manpower, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth event operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of coffee cart events.
  • Manage event manpower scheduling and ensure adequate staffing for all events.
  • Liaise with clients via email and other communication channels regarding event requirements and arrangements.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of coffee beans and equipment to event locations.
  • Supervise event operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Assist with administrative duties, event planning, and operational coordination.
  • Monitor event performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment during and after events.
  • Provide guidance and support to the events team as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license is a must.
  • Prior experience in events coordination, operations, or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Barista experience or coffee knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, including email communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel to multiple locations.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties, including pushing and manoeuvring coffee carts and equipment weighing up to 70KG, and lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 30KG.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment involving frequent setup and teardown of event equipment.
