Bank Telesales Officer (Base + Comms)

Salary: Basic + uncapped commissions

Job description

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.

• Recommend suitable banking solutions based on customers' needs.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt support.

• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies.

Requirements

• Local Diploma or Degree

  Prior experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call centre environments is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented and comfortable engaging with customers over the phone.

• Motivated to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
