Finance assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage daily financial operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists/delivery orders, and airway bill.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems - Sage 300 and Acumatica will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
