Finance assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage daily financial operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and timely submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists/delivery orders, and airway bill.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems - Sage 300 and Acumatica will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
