We're Hiring: Assistant Quality Manager (Machine Vision | Semiconductor)

As an Assistant Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with international standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products to customers worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and drive the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
• Lead quality improvement projects and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Manage customer quality issues, complaints, and product quality investigations.
• Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product and process quality.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide the quality team to achieve operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of quality assurance/quality engineering experience, preferably within the semiconductor, machine vision, electronics, or precision engineering industry.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, MSA, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing customer quality requirements and supplier quality is an added advantage.
• Leadership experience or supervisory exposure is highly preferred.
