Customer Service Officer

What You Will Deliver

  • Provide quality customer services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
  • Be proficient and knowledgeable with our products and services so as to generate interest in our customers
  • Answer and handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers timely and tactfully
  • Make warm/cold & inbound/outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening, application verification and account management
  • Update monthly promotion log sheet /campaign log sheet /weekly report
  • Simple administrative tasks such as data entry, editing, and processing of customer information
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by team lead and Managers

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in the Telemarketing/ Customer Service field is preferred
  • Mature with a positive attitude, self motivated and desire to learn
  • Customer service-oriented attitude, good team player with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • The skills and discipline to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work in a pressurized and fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Excel, Word, and Google Docs/sheets are preferred
