- Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability.
- Manage candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and maintaining market intelligence.
- Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, recruitment trends, and competitor hiring activities.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements.
- Support recruitment initiatives, drive process improvements, and undertake other HR-related projects as assigned.
