Your Role

Act as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering teams

Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support

Investigate product issues and perform failure analysis

Prepare failure analysis reports and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with Quality, Production and Engineering teams to resolve customer concerns

Lead containment activities during quality incidents

Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
