As part of its ongoing transformation and operational growth, the organisation is looking to appoint an experienced HR Shared Services leader to strengthen its HR operations function.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HR Operations Oversight: Manage end-to-end HR services including payroll, onboarding, employee administration, and query resolution to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

  • Process Optimisation & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, standardise processes, and implement automation initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach the HR operations team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment while building team capabilities

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to employment regulations, internal policies, and reporting standards, maintaining strong data integrity and controls.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver seamless and effective HR services.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; HR certifications will be advantageous.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including payroll, employment regulations, and local compliance requirements.

  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and managing HR service delivery in a structured environment.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.
