Associate, Internal Audit (1 Year contract)

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational audits to verify adherence to established policies and regulations.

• Develop comprehensive audit programs and evaluate internal control systems.

• Execute audit tests to assess compliance with current policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Identify key issues and propose actionable recommendations for enhancements.

• Compile and present audit findings to supervisors, ensuring follow-up on prior audit actions.

• Travel within the region as required for audit-related tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of local legislation, such as the Securities and Futures Act and the Commodity Trading Act, is an advantage.

• Strong integrity, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
