The Office Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring the office environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming for everyone. This position is essential for maintaining a well-organized and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in offices, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and common spaces.
  • Regularly wipe and sanitize desks, tables, and shared surfaces.
  • Clean glass panels and doors to ensure clarity and shine.
  • Wash and tidy up cups, utensils, and pantry items after use.
  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water) for guests and staff during meetings.
  • Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.) are adequately stocked.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed promptly.
  • Assist with simple errands such as collecting or distributing documents within the office.
  • Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR or Admin team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cleaner, preferably in an office or commercial environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable nature.
  • Capable of holding and managing office keys.
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
