Events & Catering Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive Events & Catering revenue.
  • Achieve sales targets for event venue bookings and mini buffet catering services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their event requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise on-site event setup and execution, working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare event proposals, quotations, and follow up on enquiries to secure bookings.
  • Ensure all events are executed in accordance with company standards, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, catering sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required
