Job Description
- Assist in Dharma education and membership/volunteer services
- Attend to members' and volunteers' feedback
- Plan and organise members' and supporting classes related events and activities
- Assist for the establishment and implementation of new Membership database system
- Assist in upkeep both Dharma Education and Membership database
- Assist to develop and review Department's workflow and Standard Operations Procedure
- Assist in maintaining media platforms and attending to visitors
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigns by Superior
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in membership services or customer service
- Strong analytical, meticulous, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and requiring minimal supervision
- Able to work on Saturdays or Sundays and Public Holidays
- Immediate availability is preferred
