Executive, Membership & Dharma Education Practice Service

Job Description

  • Assist in Dharma education and membership/volunteer services
  • Attend to members' and volunteers' feedback
  • Plan and organise members' and supporting classes related events and activities
  • Assist for the establishment and implementation of new Membership database system
  • Assist in upkeep both Dharma Education and Membership database
  • Assist to develop and review Department's workflow and Standard Operations Procedure
  • Assist in maintaining media platforms and attending to visitors
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigns by Superior
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in membership services or customer service
  • Strong analytical, meticulous, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and requiring minimal supervision
  • Able to work on Saturdays or Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Immediate availability is preferred
