Role Overview

As our Gym Membership Consultant, you are the face of GoFit Toa Payoh. You’ll engage walk-ins, handle enquiries, and play a key role in converting interest into memberships and training packages.

If you enjoy meeting people, building rapport, and closing deals — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in visitors with energy and confidence
• Handle enquiries across walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls, and social media
• Conduct gym tours and confidently present membership options
• Convert leads into memberships and PT packages (with support from trainers)
• Coordinate trial sessions and follow up on leads
• Manage front desk operations (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented personality
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections
• Sales-driven mindset with a hunger to hit targets
• Interest in fitness and healthy living (experience not required)
• Able to work evenings and weekends

Bonus Points If You Have

• Sales or customer service experience
• Experience in the fitness industry
• Familiarity with CRM or booking systems
