Sales Support Team Leads own quotation turnaround, proposal production, and trial coordination to maximize sales director productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation Speed: 95%+ within 4 hours; template library covers 90%+; zero pricing errors
- Proposal Quality: 20+ case-study-backed templates; director rating >8/10; zero missed deadlines
- Trial Coordination: 100% trials have coordinator; report within 48 hours of completion; zero logistics failures
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to produce professional PowerPoint proposals and quotations at high volume and speed in B2B sales.
- 3-5 years sales support/coordination at B2B company; CRM proficiency; European team lead must sustain 1PM-10PM SGT shift.
- Speed under pressure: produces 15-slide proposal in 2 hours while managing 3 other requests.
- Service orientation: describes past in terms of helping their sales team, not personal achievement.
- Proactive anticipation: prepares the report before the trial ends, builds the proposal before asked.
- Reliable consistency: shows up on time, delivers on deadline and maintains quality
Working location: Changi (will be moving to Punggol in early May 2026)
