Partner & Key Account Manager (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our cleaning robot solutions to target customers including government organisations
- Identify and onboard new channel partners (from negotiation to onboarding)
- Identify and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Work with the marketing team to derive market campaign
- Engage potential clients through presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and build connections.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of business development experience, preferably in technology or cleaning solutions.
- Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
