Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the noodle stall to ensure smooth service
- Prepare and cook noodle dishes in accordance with standard recipes
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained
- Supervise and guide kitchen and service staff
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the stall and kitchen area
- Assist in menu improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Relevant experience in food and beverage or hawker stall operations
- Basic cooking skills (preferably in noodle or Asian cuisine)
- Responsible and able to handle daily stall operations independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and service-driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours
- Able to work 6 days per week
