Part Time Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

If you are passionate about paid advertising, creative testing, and scaling e-commerce brands, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

• Scale profitable campaigns and improve ROAS

• Monitor daily ad performance and budgets

• Perform audience testing, creative testing, and funnel optimisation

• Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights

• Work closely with product and services team on ad angles and content

• Improve conversion rates and customer acquisition cost

• Retarget website visitors and leads effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads

• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing

• Able to analyse ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics

• Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is a bonus

• Creative mindset with strong testing ability

• Self-driven and performance-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience scaling brands in Singapore

• Experience with high-ticket products

• Strong copywriting or creative strategy skills

• Experience with WhatsApp lead funnels
