The Engagement
We are reimagining the future of Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) — how it looks, how it works, and how it feels to customers and frontline officers alike. You'll embed with the Customer eXperience Department (CXD) to keep the discovery and visioning project on track — coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring the team stays aligned and moving.
What You'll Deliver
- Maintain project plans and timelines across the full 10-week engagement
- Facilitate regular team check-ins and co-creation sessions with the project team and MOM stakeholders
- Actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies as discovery work evolves
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and support alignment across MOM teams
- Work closely with the Product Manager and CXD team leads to keep the project focused on its objectives while adapting to new findings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally across cross-functional or multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organisational skills with a track record of keeping complex projects on schedule
- Clear, confident communicator — able to surface issues early and manage expectations at all levels
- Experience facilitating workshops or alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
- Comfortable adapting plans as discovery work surfaces new information
- Government or public sector project experience is a strong advantage
Capability Building (Advantageous)
We aim to grow its officers' service design capabilities through this project. Candidates with experience in the following will be viewed favourably:
- Training — upskilling public sector officers in project and service design methods
- Mentoring — hands-on coaching through workshop design and facilitation
- Documentation — producing reusable frameworks, templates, and best practice guides (including spatial design)
- Skills transfer — building officer capability in service design principles, journey mapping, and stakeholder engagement alongside project delivery
