Mechanical Design Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Industry: Semiconductor
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop precision tooling, jigs, fixtures, and mechanical components
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
- Modify and improve existing designs based on project requirements
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and industry standards
- Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in precision engineering and/or semiconductor industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD/ SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of tooling design and mechanical components
