Clinic Manager for Hougang Clinic

We are a GP clinic in Hougang focused on promoting good health through comprehensive family medicine.

You will oversee and manage clinic operations, working closely with the doctors and clinic owners to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.

We are seeking applicants with diploma/degree in health services management, nursing or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a clinic or healthcare services manager.

Overseeing the daily operations of clinic

Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointments, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection, and administrative duties relating to patients ?days/week

Coordinate front counter services, administration, and operational matters, ensuring adherence to clinic operational protocols and standard operating procedures

Monitor appointment booking

Oversee WhatsApp communication, update clinic website, google profile

Resolve conflict between staff and patients

Respond to patient feedback/reply to reviews

HR/staff management

Plan monthly staff roster

Monitor staff punctuality, approve leave and claims

Ensure clinic staff receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training so that they possess the appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their assigned tasks

Review staff regularly for performance evaluation

Resolve conflict between staff

Inventory/ordering

Supervise monthly stock take

Order medications and consumables, maintain healthy stock levels and minimise wastage

Enter orders received into clinic system

Finance

Reconcile daily takings, check CHAS, Medisave and other claims and rectify any errors/rejected claims

Make payment for orders received, laboratory and radiology services billed to clinic

Collate staff hours worked/OT and generate monthly payslips

Healthier SG/Other responsibilities

Support doctors to optimise care for Healthier SG enrollees, recall patients for necessary care reporting components, vaccinations, screening

Oversee booking and coordination of Primary Care Network ancillary services

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by doctors
