Registered Nurse / Dialysis Nurse

Renal Health Services Limited (RHS) is a Singapore charity providing high-quality hemodialysis and related renal care services across its dialysis centres.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Medical Director to provide safe, patient-centred nursing care for patients receiving hemodialysis and related renal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis.

  • Perform patient assessment, monitoring and documentation before, during and after dialysis treatment.

  • Prepare, operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment in accordance with established clinical protocols.

  • Administer prescribed medications and carry out nursing procedures within the scope of professional practice.

  • Recognise and respond appropriately to clinical emergencies and changes in patient condition.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with organisational policies, HCSA requirements and infection prevention standards.

  • Educate and support patients and caregivers regarding dialysis treatment and related care.

  • Participate in quality improvement activities, clinical audits, staff education and continuing professional development.

  • Work collaboratively with nephrologists, nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Undertake rotational shifts, weekend and public holiday duties where operationally required.

  • Perform other nursing and clinical duties reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

  • Valid practising certificate from SNB.

  • Previous hemodialysis or renal nursing experience is essential. Relevant competency evaluation will be undertaken to assess the skills.

  • Good clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care and continuous professional development.

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts based on operational requirements.
