Job Summary

A growing home services company providing part-time helpers, home cleaning, and household services across Singapore is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Brand Executive to support its next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer enquiries, and supporting customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns, social media content, paid advertising, website updates, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness and support customer acquisition across digital channels.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads, including search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Assist with website updates, including promotions, service pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Work with external SEO partners to align website content and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan monthly marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Track key marketing metrics such as leads, enquiries, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support new service launches and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with social media content planning and account management.
  • Experience updating websites using WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Strong written communication and content writing skills.
  • Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic design tools, or video editing tools.
  • Able to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in home services, cleaning, marketplaces, consumer services, or B2C businesses.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, CRM systems, or customer retention campaigns.
  • Experience with photography, short-form video content, or TikTok/Reels content creation.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, and conversion-focused content.
