[Expressing of Interest] B2B Business Development Manager

Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established organization to hire a B2B Business Development Executive/Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming new product launch while managing and expanding a specialized commercial client portfolio.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will focus on establishing new corporate accounts, educating business clients, and ensuring each service or product portfolio receives strategic attention. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include reaching out to target companies, scheduling pitches, and conducting meetings to introduce our offerings and drive new contract signings. You will execute tailored B2B sales and marketing strategies aligned with principal business objectives, analyze your assigned territory or industry verticals to increase market presence, and build strong, trusting relationships with procurement managers, department heads, and directors. Additionally, you will handle data-driven value detailing, manage your daily pipeline to balance multiple brands or services, support corporate networking events and seminars, and gather market intelligence on competitor activities to track your performance against sales targets.

What we are looking for

We are seeking candidates with at least 5 year of experience in corporate B2B sales or business development. Because you will handle multiple corporate lines or principal portfolios, strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable learning different industry frameworks or client business models, and able to switch value propositions smoothly depending on the client you are meeting. Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills are required, including the ability to handle pricing or implementation objections from key stakeholders using patience and performance data.
