Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established organization to hire an AI Solutions & Workflow Automation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming new product launch while managing and expanding a specialized product portfolio.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will focus on establishing new accounts, educating corporate clients, and ensuring each automated software or system portfolio receives strategic attention. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include visiting target enterprises and offices to introduce solutions and drive new adoptions. You will execute tailored sales and marketing strategies aligned with principal technical guidelines, analyze your market territory to increase presence, and build strong relationships with tech heads, operational managers, and directors. Additionally, you will handle data-driven product detailing, manage your daily schedule to balance multiple system brands, support marketing events like seminars, and gather market intelligence on competitor activities to track performance against targets.

What we are looking for

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in corporate tech sales or workflow automation. Because you will handle multiple digital product ecosystems, strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable learning different technical and data workflows, and able to switch product messaging smoothly throughout the day. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, including the ability to handle objections from decision-makers using patience and concrete performance data.
