Sales Admin

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our sales and design team in day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring quotations, documents, follow-ups, and customer coordination are handled efficiently so the sales team can focus on closing projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced renovation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quotation Support
Prepare, format, and manage quotations, proposals, and invoices
Assist sales designers in revising quotations and tracking changes
Ensure all quotation documents are properly filed and updated
Follow up with clients on quotation status and approvals
Customer Coordination
Handle incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Schedule appointments between clients and sales designers
Provide prompt responses to customer queries and basic information
Maintain professional communication with clients at all times
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
Organise contracts, purchase orders, and sales documentation
Support submission of documents for approvals and signatures
Assist with simple reports (sales tracking, job status, payment status)
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with project managers and operations team for job handovers
Update internal trackers (Google Sheets / CRM / project systems)
Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales admin or administrative support
Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or related industry preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Comfortable handling WhatsApp and customer communication
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
